NORFOLK - Willie B. Tucker, 91, passed away June 21, 2010. She was born in Concord, N.C., to the late William and Mable Boger and was the widow of Luther K. Tucker.

Tiffany SilverA graveside service will be held Thursday, June 24, at 11 a.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Association or Heart Association. Cremation & Funeral Services of Tidewater is handling arrangements.
